The below pictures are from the USA - Now I have to ask - who is your target audience?  You have to know who they are and you then have to reach them the way they interact on the internet!

Is your site suitably optimized?  For WordPress sites - you need to have a "Responsive type template" - this means that the site will adjust to whatever device it is being viewed from.

Is your site optimized for the smart phones?


There are a lot more statistics but I think you get the picture!  This is why you need to know who your target audience is!  From the link - for the Consumer Barometer Insights, you can look at different countries as well and what those stats say.  Bottom line?  You are missing out if you don't think that you have to figure out who you are talking to, how that audience is accessing the data and what tools they are using!

Here's a little tip: Use the same branding image across all of your internet networks. Optimize each social media profile with consistent keywords and information about you. Yes, you can modify the profile info a bit (to coincide with the social network you belong to. But it needs to be relevant and informative!

How are you Unique? What is your dream, your passion? Who do you relate to? Are you a decision maker or are you a follower. I love what I do ~ but my passion is my digital magazine - putting this front and center is a challenge ~ but it has never ventured too far away from my purpose.
